Rummage Vendor Application

All applications must be submitted 3 days before the event (must be submitted before or on Tuesday). If you submit after Tuesday the application will be used for the following week. Applications will be accepted for the following week Wednesday at 12am.

FAQ:
What is a vendor? Answer: Any person who would like to sell their items.
Do I need a certification or license of any kind? Answer: Not for this vendor application.
What are the requirements to become a vendor? Answer: You must be 18 years or older.

Prices:
18’x18’ = $70 for the entire day (8am-3pm)
25’x25’ spot = $100 for the entire day (8am-3pm)
(Setup is at 6am and be ready by 8am. Tear down time is at 3pm and must have everything packed up and gone by 5pm)

After Application Process:
Once your application has been received you will be sent an email or text message within 24 hours containing your approval or denial letter. You will have to submit payment immediately. All payments must collected 24 hours before the event. If you prefer to pay with cash, payments will be accepted at the time of up event setup. You must chose option “Cash” under “Payment Preference” below.

Liability Waiver:
By submitting your application you agree that you are completely liable for all damages to property at North Gate Chapel (San Bernardino 2 Foursquare Church). You also agree that we are not liable for any injuries of any kind to you or anyone in your party, nor are we liable for any injuries customers may have on your lot site due to your items for sale. Finally, North Gate Chapel (San Bernardino 2 Foursquare Church) is not liable for any damages to your property or any items of theft. Again, by submitting your application you agree to all of the following terms mentioned above.

Additional Notes:
Do not forget that this is a church lead event and we don’t tolerate and fighting or verbal abuse. And please refrain from using profanity as we want this to be a happy family friendly place to find good deals. Good Bless and happy selling!
