Join us EVERY Saturday 5pm-9pm. We have vendors of all types with locally sourced groceries, food, desserts, beverages, and so much more. It’s a wonderful time to find good deals, eat good food, and spend time with your family. No entrance fee just stop by.

Why Join?

• High Traffic:

  • Our 40th St location has reported and average of 40,000 car traveling per day making this location is in a great location for selling any of your items.

  • Additionally, This is one of the top busiest streets in all of San Bernardino according to BackRoadsWest1.

• Spots:

  • There are limited spots and all are great spots to sell or showcase what you are offering.

  • We offer exclusivity. For example: If you sell coffee, then you will be the only coffee vendor in the lot.

• Price:

  • 10’x10’ spots are $25 for NON-food vendors.

  • 10’x10’ spots for food vendors are $75.

  • Two 10’x10’ spots for NON-food vendors will be $50

  • Two 10’x10’ spots for Food vendors will be 8% of revenue made

  • Three or more spots for both vendor types will be 8% of revenue.
